We design and arrange ourselves every trip which we sell (we do not distribute packages from a third party). Therefore we control every step of the tour, and intervene directly and immediately in case of hitch.

5. Reasonable price : the price is calculated according to your trip's actual costs, which guarantees you good value for money.
   We get a fair remuneration for our work and will not try to extort extra funds from you (we do not try to get commissions from shops for example)
   
   
6. Will to improve : Before, during and after your trip, your suggestions and comments are welcome to help us refine our service and our methods. Since our beginning, your advice and feedback have always proved to be relevant and helpful.
